About R Services GC

 My name is Raffaele Siniscalchi,  the owner and operator of R Services General Contracting. Based in West Caldwell, New Jersey, we have been proudly serving homeowners throughout Essex, Morris, Sussex, and Bergen counties since 2017.

 

My background started early, working alongside my father, who is not only a business owner but was always handy around the house as well. That’s where I learned the value of hard work and became comfortable with all types of manual labor, starting with landscaping and smaller odds and ends to hobby carpentry projects. I then spent seven years in the restoration industry, coordinating with insurance companies and becoming certified in water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation. This is where my true passion for creativity, integrity, and renovation flourished. In 2017, I took the leap and built R Services General Contracting with a focus on quality, reliability, and doing things the right way.

 

Today, I take a hands-on approach to every project, working directly with homeowners from the initial design and layout, straight through the final details. I focus on clean, high-quality finishes, strong communication, and making sure every job is completed to a standard I’d be proud to have in my own home.

 

Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud father. Being a local, family-oriented business is something I take pride in, and that mindset carries into every project we take on.
